Professional Cleaners
Our Story

A Team You Can Count On

Corporate Clean Services started as a straightforward janitorial company. Under new ownership, we've grown into a full custodial and facility care partner for manufacturers, schools, offices, and municipalities across West Michigan. We got here the same way we clean a building: steadily, and without cutting corners.

No Subcontracting
All janitorial is in-house.  99% of project work is completed by our technicians.  If we need to sub out a specialized  job for specific expertise, we will let you know. Examples of that would include HVAC cleaning and soft washing.
IICRC Certified
Our deep cleaning techs carry real certifications for carpet, upholstery, and floor care.
Locally Owned
We're not a franchise. Owned and run here in West Michigan. Decisions get made by people who know your building.

A Note From The Owner

I acquired this company together with my wife, Naoko, after a 20 year career with Caterpillar. We came back to West Michigan because we wanted to build something local, something we could stand behind personally. We're not a franchise, and we never will be. This is our company, our name, and our reputation on the line in every building we clean.

We've grown from 30 employees at 20 buildings to more than 100 people maintaining 42 locations, and we did it the same way every time: hire good people, train them well, and show up when something goes wrong.

Cleaning is a more technical job than most people realize. The right approach for a stone floor in a historic office isn't the right approach for an epoxy-coated warehouse floor, and a factory wall needs something completely different from a hospital hallway. We've built our team to know the difference, and to have an answer even when a job doesn't fit neatly into a normal scope of work.

If you want to talk about your building, call or email me directly. I enjoy helping customers find the best solution for maintaining their facility.

Our Executive Team

The People Behind Every Clean Building

We're a small team by design. That's what lets us actually know the buildings we clean, and the people working in them.

Training, Technology, and a Team That Follows Through

Good cleaning isn't about one great visit, it's about consistency. Every custodian gets trained on-site so they know your building inside and out, plus documentation and support through an app on their phone that lets them flag issues before they become problems.

We equip our team with backpack vacuums and professional-grade chemicals most cleaning companies won't invest in. For deep cleaning, we run a real toolkit: van-mounted extraction, dry encapsulation for spaces where steam creates mold risk, and specialty methods for wool, Persian, and Oriental rugs. Our hard floor work covers stripping and refinishing, diamond polishing on stone, and rubber floor restoration, work that regularly extends the life of a floor a client was ready to replace.

We back all of it with deep cleaning bundled right into your contract, so it happens on schedule without you having to ask, request a budget, or remember to call anyone.
